-Support company in establishing an office in Vietnam by assessing risks and opportunities from both legal and financial perspective.
-Evaluate operational scale and expenses, while overseeing employment matters, documentation and legal agency coordination.
-Identify office and assets providers; negotiate pricing and oversee office construction and setup.
-Continue to fulfill the responsibility of art lead and artist.

2022-2023: Art lead
-Responsible for recruiting new members, negotiate salaries and benefits.
-Assemble a new team in Vietnam up to 8 members, along with Taiwanese team to tackle new projects.
-Responsible for training and directing team members prioritizing flexibility and self-sufficiency, apply new technologies and tools to various workflows for optimal outcomes in a timely manner.
-Oversee Vietnam team and Taiwan team operations, quality control, art directions across projects: XDefiant, League of Legends Wild Rift, Destiny 2, Destiny Rising.
-Quality control on numbers of hired freelancers around the world, up to 4 artists.
-Communicate with producers and clients regarding quality standards and schedules.
-Work on vehicle designs for Destiny 2, weapon and character skins for Xdefiant, asset production for in-house project.

-Work on environment arts for Metroid Prime Remake, NPC designs for Destiny Rising.
-Collaborate with art director and producers in Taiwan to deliver quality designs within gameplay, story and technical requirements.
